Expect a residential, faculty-led experience with a deliberate pace. The programme combines guided sessions, structured reflection, and time in the setting itself. It is designed to create space, clarity, and intentional leadership.
Bring comfortable clothing, suitable footwear, and any personal items you need for a residential stay. We recommend dressing for time indoors, outdoors, and quiet reflective work. If anything specific is required, we will let you know in advance.
